Full-Stack Developer

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack software applications (Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python).
Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Participate in code reviews, writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in both frontend and backend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, PHP.
Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and version control (Git).
Experience in Flutter (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Lead the development of full-stack applications (Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python) from design to deployment.
Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical requirements.
Manage and mentor Full-Stack Developers, ensuring the team follows best practices and meets project deadlines.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product goals and deadlines.
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance across the full stack.
Continuously improve development processes and adopt new technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
Extensive experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Expertise in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong backend experience with technologies like Node.js, PHP.
Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and version control (Git).
Experience in Flutter (preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior developers, and solve complex technical challenges

Head of Development

Lead and manage the full-stack development team, including Full-Stack and Senior Full-Stack Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
Define the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the development team, ensuring all applications are scalable, secure, and performant.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications (Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Backend: PHP, Node.js, Python).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver solutions, and meet deadlines.
Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve the development process, performance, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement performance optimizations across the full stack
Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Regularly assess team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement and professional growth.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

Expertise in backend technologies like Node.js, PHP, and Python.
