Delhi based Rs.150 crores pharmaceutical major Panacea Biotec has selected PERP ERP package from Goa based Progen ERP System for implementation at its head office.  PERP HR system covers HR Planning Recruitment, HR Development, service records, education, training, leave, attendance, appraisals, payroll, bonus, gratuity, etc.  The other module will be implemented at Panacea after the HR implementation.  Mumbai based Rs.60 crores Sigma Laboratories and its subsidiary Adel Labs and Adelphi are implementing all the modules of PERP including HR, Financials, Materials, Productions and Sales.  The implementation began in April 1999 and will take about three months to complete.  This represents a major win for PERP in Mumbai as Sigma Labs selected PERP against stiff completion from other ERP vendors, including International vendors.
